| Because the skin head is subject to stretching in humid weather conditions, I've made an assortment of bridges out of 100-year-old cherry. The bridges range from 5/8" to 1" in 1/16" increments. I labelled them with the height (like 13/16"), but I could have also labelled them by humidity (like 75%). I've modelled them after the old four-footed minstrel bridges. | |||||
